This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Clay of Dunstall Street Wolverhampton in the County of Stafford, Commercial Clerk. I give devise and bequeath all my Real and personal Estate of what kind or nature soever and wheresoever situate unto my dear wife Sarah her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely and I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will Inwitness whereof I have hereinto set my hand this seventh day of June One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
Signed by the said testator Thomas Clay as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

The Testator Thomas Clay was late of Dunstall Street Wolverhampton in the county of Stafford Commercial Clerk and died on the thirtieth day of May 1875 at Dunstall Street aforesaid.
Under £450 the Executors in person.
